Quilting Fabric: Here at Digital Quiltz we carry only 100% cotton quilting fabric and flannels because we know that quality fabric will insure a positive outcome. We carry fabrics from BlANK Textiles, "Perfect Palette"(Nature's Tones) by Bryan Taphouse & Perfect Occasions for Glenn Eagle Studios, Springs, Print Concepts, Windham Fabrics, RJR, Benartex, Red Rooster, Rose & Hubble, P&B, South Seas, Hoffman, Avlyn Creations, Andover Fabrics, Shamash & Sons, Marcus Brothers, and Robert Kaufman. Digital Quiltz also carries tools of the trade like rulers, rotary cutters, needles, thread and thimbles.
 This was John's project this last January. For several years Digital Quiltz has sponsored Quilters Loose in the Woods, a retreat at the Ozark Natural Science Center (ONSC) located in the Madison County Wildlife Refuge area. The retreat is held in January of each year and 2009 will mark our 11th anniversary. Registration is limited, but we do have a waiting list. Of course, Digital Quiltz has a good selection of fabrics set out for the quilters' convenience, and we don't have to cook for the whole weekend! This event is truly a "retreat", since there are only a few scheduled activities. An ugly fabric contest and a mystery project are available, though some quilters prefer to work on their own UFO's. |
